Is Your Phone Not Charging or Charging Slowly?

Is your phone not charging or charging slowly? You might be experiencing the issue with a broken or not properly working USB port.

The solution is simple. If you want to fix it on your own, you need to get a USB charger board and replace it. The process is easy and you can do it yourself if you are handy with electronics repair. Check out the video tutorial:

It’s so annoying when your phone isn’t charging, or even worse, it’s charging slowly. It happens to a lot of people, but that doesn’t make it any less frustrating. Luckily, there are ways to fix this problem. We’ve listed five below:

1. Check for damage. If the charging port seems damaged or bent in any way, then this could be causing issues with charging. You may want to take your phone to a repair shop and see if they can fix or replace it for you. It’s cheaper than buying a new phone!

2. Try cleaning it out. Lint and dirt often get stuck in the charging port on cell phones, and this can interfere with the connection between the cord and your phone. You can try using compressed air to blow into the port and dislodge anything that might be stuck in there.

3. Restart your phone (and charger). Sometimes restarting the device can fix temporary glitches that are causing issues with charging. If you have time, leave your phone off (or at least not in use) while it is plugged in to allow it to charge faster once it’s turned back on again. Make sure your charger isn’t plugged into anything else either—if another device is drawing power from

Your phone is not charging or charging slowly and you want to fix this issue?

The first thing you should do is to check if the charger is working properly. Use a different cable to charge your phone with the same charger. If the problem persists, try using another USB port on your PC.

If you have a laptop, try connecting your charger to it; if it works as expected, there might be a problem with your computer’s USB ports. If that’s the case, read our previous article about fixing this issue.

If none of the above methods worked, check our next steps!

What to do? The first thing you should check is your charging cable. Sometimes the cable that’s included with your phone or tablet may be damaged and cause the charging problems.

Try a different cable. If you have an extra one lying around, try it. If you don’t, borrow one from a friend.

Try a different charger. The charger that comes with your device may not be powerful enough to charge it quickly — especially if it’s an older charger (or if you’ve been using it for a long time). If you have another charger that provides the same voltage, try it.

If you’re charging via USB, try plugging the cable into a different port on your computer. Some ports provide more power than others (you can see how much in System Information on a Mac).

The mobile gadgets around us are one of the most important parts of our life. Hence, we need to take care of them in a way that they can perform their functions smoothly.

However, as we use these gadgets on a daily basis, they require charging more often. The more you charge your phone, the more it is prone to problems. So, if you are facing slow battery charging issues than you are at the right place.

There could be several reasons behind this and with the help of this article, we will find out what are those and how to solve them.

Let’s start!

The main reason for slow or not charging of mobile devices is that if the charger you are using is not compatible with current mobile device. For example if you are using a charger with 5V 3A output to charge your mobile device, but your device is actually compatible with 9V 2A charger, then it will charge very slowly as it is not receiving enough power to be charged at its full speed.

The second reason for slow charging of mobile devices can be because of the charger itself, as in some cases the charger gets damaged and doesn’t provide correct voltage and current to charge the device.

The third reason might be because of the connector or cable you are using to connect your device with the charger, as in some cases the connector or cable gets damaged due to over usage or other reasons and it doesn’t provide enough current to charge your phone at its full speed.

This problem can also occur if your battery is dying i.e., it has been used many times and now doesn’t get charged completely as compared to when you bought it first time.”
