Facebook, Google, Apple and Adobe are among the top 10 places to work in 2017.

That’s according to Glassdoor, a site where employees anonymously review their employers.

Glassdoor ranked companies based on overall employee satisfaction and company reviews.

“The companies that are best loved by their employees are the ones that have created an exceptional work culture,” said Robert Hohman, Glassdoor CEO and co-founder.

According to Glassdoor, an “employee first” mentality is key to making your workplace one that people don’t want to leave. Here’s how the top 10 stack up for 2017:

Each year, Fortune releases a list of the 100 Best Companies to Work For. This year, for the first time, we’re also including a list of the companies whose employees love them most as measured by Glassdoor.

To determine the Employees’ Choice Awards, Glassdoor sifted through voluntary reviews that employees had submitted since November 2015. It then identified companies with at least 1,000 reviews; factored in the company’s overall Glassdoor rating (on a scale of 1 to 5), which employees voluntarily provide; and used that data to rank companies with the highest overall score.

Glassdoor has released its 10th annual Employees’ Choice Awards, honoring the Best Places to Work in 2017 across North America and parts of Europe.

The list is compiled by employees, who voluntarily review their companies on Glassdoor’s site. The reviews include insight into job and interview experiences, work-life balance, senior leadership, compensation and benefits.

While many of the companies are large enterprises with thousands of employees, there are some smaller winners that don’t make headlines every day but still have a lot to offer new hires.

In the list, Glassdoor ranked companies by employees’ satisfaction with their employers, and employee feedback about the pros and cons working for each company. Glassdoor also listed the 25 companies with the highest overall employee ratings.

The No. 1 company on the list of large companies is Facebook, which has a 4.6 rating out of 5 on Glassdoor. Facebook also came in at No. 8 on Glassdoor’s overall list.

Top 50 Tech Companies to Work For in 2017

It’s no secret that tech giant Google is a popular place to work. But it was a pleasant surprise for many when it took the No. 1 spot on Glassdoor’s 2017 list of the best companies to work for in America.

The Mountain View, California-based company has held the top spot four times before, and appeared in the top 10 every year since 2009.

Google earned a 4.6 out of 5 rating, with 98 percent of employees saying they’d recommend their employer to a friend. The tech giant was also recognized for providing employees with excellent compensation and benefits, as well as career opportunities that can’t be beat.

“Google invests heavily in its employees,” says one staffer. “They provide free food at all meals, free transit and gym memberships, and they take care of your health by offering great medical insurance and allowing you to manage your time however you want with unlimited vacation.”

Google also provided an opportunity for Glassdoor CEO Robert Hohman to respond after President Donald Trump’s immigration ban was announced last week.

Hohman wrote an open letter to his employees explaining why he believes the executive order is wrong for America, but also acknowledging that “there are many ways in which America needs fixing.”
