This year has been a big one for tech. The popularity of AI has risen to new heights, and one of the top-trending topics in tech is also one of the most controversial: cryptocurrencies. Many are skeptical about the value of investing in crypto, but others see it as the wave of the future. But no matter how you feel about crypto, one thing’s for sure: there are plenty of opportunities to cash in on cryptocurrency this year.
The biggest trend in tech right now is AI, but not everyone is happy about it. Some argue that AI will take away jobs from humans, while others argue that it will create more jobs than it eliminates. The Gartner Hype Cycle for Emerging Technologies, 2017 focuses on three emerging technology mega-trends: Artificial intelligence(AI) everywhere, transparently immersive experiences and digital platforms. The report also includes five additional trends that are important to the future of business.
